This year, Excellent Systems marks three decades dedicated to creating accessibility with reusable frame solutions.
Our Journey
Since our beginnings in 1995, we have been dedicated to creating accessible solutions for both public and private actors. Whether it’s doorstep ramps, access solutions or custom-designed products, the goal has always been the same: to make access easier and more inclusive for everyone.
All our products are made from HDPE – an extremely durable plastic material that is also fully recyclable. This makes our solutions both long-lasting and resource-conscious.
Early in the company’s life, we started working with Cradle to Cradle principles. Back then it was a new way of thinking about the product lifecycle – today it has become part of our shared DNA and a cornerstone of our approach to doing business.
We develop our products with the idea that they can be easily disassembled, washed, ground and recycled after use and thus enter the cycle of our production – zero waste, zero waste.
Especially through our close collaboration with Danish municipalities, we have developed solutions that are both functional and easy to collect and recycle.
As our ramps and solutions have found their way to new markets, our circular approach has followed.
Today, we work with dealers and partners in Sweden, the Netherlands, the UK and Germany who share our vision of accessibility and responsible use of resources.
Our common goal is clear: to deliver solutions that can be used again and again – with minimal impact on the environment and maximum effect for users.
Looking back over the past 30 years, we are proud of how far we have come. But we’re just as excited about what lies ahead.
With accessibility, recyclable materials and the circular economy at our core, we will continue to develop and deliver solutions that make a difference – both locally and globally.
